What materials are Drew Studio pieces made from?

Drew Studio jewelry is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver. Our gold vermeil pieces feature a 3 micron layer of 18K gold, while our silver tone pieces have an 18K white gold finish protected with rhodium plating. All pieces are nickel, lead, and cadmium free.
What is gold vermeil, and how is it different from standard gold plating?

Gold vermeil is made by applying gold over a solid sterling silver base. Drew Studio uses a 3 micron layer of 18K gold, which is 20% thicker than the 2.5 micron minimum used to define gold vermeil in the United States.
Are Drew Studio pieces suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Drew Studio jewelry is nickel, lead, and cadmium free and designed with sensitive skin in mind. Our earring posts and backs are also made from solid 925 sterling silver with the applicable finish.
Can I wear my jewelry in water?

We do not recommend it. Our pieces are crafted from precious metals, including solid 925 sterling silver and 18K gold finishes. To preserve their color and finish, remove your jewelry before showering or swimming. A small splash is fine; simply dry the piece gently with a soft cloth.
How should I care for and store my jewelry?

Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it. Store each piece separately in its Drew Studio pouch or a dry jewelry box, and keep it away from moisture, direct sunlight, perfume, and lotions.
Where do orders ship from, and where do you deliver?

All orders are prepared and shipped from New York. We deliver throughout the United States, with complimentary standard shipping on every order.
How long will my order take to arrive, and how can I track it?

Orders are processed in New York within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
How will my jewelry be packaged?

Each piece is placed in a jewelry pouch and presented in a Drew Studio branded box. The branded box is protected inside an outer paper shipping box for delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days in unused, unworn, and original condition. Earrings must be completely unused and unworn.

For returns due to personal preference, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct the actual return shipping cost from the refund. We do not currently offer direct exchanges, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
What should I do if my order is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check your property, mailroom, household, neighbors, or building management and allow up to 2 business days for it to appear.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email contact@drewstudio.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a refund.
